FUMCPA will be offering below market leased private offices to non-profit organizations.
The five offices are located on the Lower Level of our building. The rooms being converted to office space are the Stuart Youth Center, the McGiffen Room, and the three small rooms adjacent to these spaces.
We are blessed to have such a usable, lovely, and large property in a prime location in downtown Palo Alto. Our business model is driven by offering affordable space, a great downtown location, good parking options, standard technology, access to conference rooms and other commercial services that meet the basic requirements of non-profit organizations.
More information will be made available as spaces are finalized. The only restriction for leasing these spaces is that the organization must be a qualified 501(c)(3) organization.
